About the specialty
Rehabilitation at SPINEX is a comprehensive program of post-trauma and post-surgery recovery in case of musculoskeletal disorders and sport-related injuries.
Particular attention is paid to pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. The program is designed by physiotherapist individually for each patient, taking into account the intensity and frequency of the physical load. With the help of properly selected set of physical exercises, patients return to their usual live already upon discharge.
Rehabilitation involves advanced rehabilitation techniques: RedCord suspension therapy, kinesiology, PNF movement retraining, kinesiotherapy, reflexotherapy, FDM and ERGON fascial techniques, soft manual therapy, kinesio taping, and physiotherapy.

Principles of our work
Preliminary diagnostics required. At the first visit, physicians perform static and dynamic manual and muscular diagnostics, followed by drawing up an individual rehabilitation plan, taking into account the specificity of disorder(s).
Training sessions are held individually under control of a physiotherapist according to a predefined rehabilitation program; the physician supervises the progress and outcome of the training session.
Accurate metered load. A systematic step-by-step, comprehensive training program aimed at a fastest possible recovery. At the Center, we use the most sparing rehabilitation techniques and do not overload patients.

The results of previous laboratory tests (complete blood count, total urine test, blood glucose test, biochemical blood assay, coagulogram, blood group and Rh factor, RW test, blood test for markers of viral hepatitis B, C).
The results of previous instrumental examinations (CT, MRI, Ultrasound Diagnostics of Abdominal Cavity and Kidney, Echocardiography, ECG).
Previous related expert opinions (cardiologist, endocrinologist, neurosurgeon, urologist, gynecologist, therapist, vascular surgeon, anesthesiologist, and rehabilitologist).
